PATRICK WHALEN
Patrick is founder and Chief Executive Officer at Iliad Athletics. He served for over a decade in the United States Marine Corps where he deployed multiple times and served in a variety of leadership roles. He has extensive educational experience as a teacher, head of school, school founder, and executive in the education service industry.
Father of four, Patrick works and trains alongside his family on their homestead in Michigan.

BRIAN KLUCKMAN
Brian is a Partner at Iliad Athletics. A lifelong fitness and nature enthusiast, Brian grew up playing sports and exploring nature as a Boy Scout. He went on to become the captain of his Division I college soccer team, an attorney, and a Marine officer.
A father of three, Brian enjoys coaching at Iliad events, youth sports, and doing orienteering events with his kids. He cares deeply about improving the health of America’s youth and developing the next generation of leaders.
